Return Policy

The vast majority of products available at North American Parts are returnable within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. The following applies to all returns:

  • Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • All returns must have a RMA number.


Non-returnable Items include:

  • Promo products (clothing, decals etc.)
  • Electronics (Tuners, calibrators, performance chips, sensors etc.)
  • Special order items
  • Turbo Kits/Super Charger Kits and Components


All shipping charges including those originally paid by North American Parts are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are your responsibility. A restocking fee up to 15% may be applied. Any specialized or custom orders are final and non-refundable. Installed items or modified parts may not be returned.

Return Shipping Charges: North American Parts requires you to use a trackable shipping method when returning product. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We highly recommend insuring the package when returning the product. North American Parts is not responsible for any shipping costs on returned items.

Damage Claims: Damage claims should be made with North American Parts within 24 hours after the product is received. Please make a claim with the shipper if the damage is noticed at the time of delivery. North American Parts may refuse a return if an issue regarding damaged product is not reported during the stated time frame.

Manufacturer Warranty: Any and all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. These warranties can vary depending on the manufacturer and may cover issues after North American Parts's return policy expires. Any warranty claim is determined by the manufacturer and North American Parts does not have control over the outcome regarding the manufacturer's decision on a warranty issue.

Return Packaging: Returned items must be packaged securely in the original packaging/outer shipping package. Please do not write on the product packaging and only write on the outer carton. Please write your Authorization Number in clear print on the outer carton. North American Parts reserves the right to refuse any packages received without a RMA number. Returned items must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. Returned product must be in new, re-sale condition with all original boxes, including packages, parts, manuals, etc. All returns will be inspected at the time the product is received and the refund will be determined. It may take up to 30 days for a credit to be issued.

Restocking Fee: All returns including special order items are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% and will be assessed by North American Parts according to the circumstance of the return.

Errors on Our Site: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and North American Parts reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, North American Parts will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the North American Parts Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted Email. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.

Refund Policy

Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return. Once we receive the item, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" Email the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please Email our support department at and we will respond to you immediately.
